Based in Belgium and combining over 20 years of experience in the music industry, Concert & Touring Support provides splitter vans, mini-nightliners and crew for European tours and worldwide tour production. Concert & Touring Support is headed by FOH sound engineer & tour manager Jurgen Vandewalle.
We handle every single aspect of concert production: preproduction, tourmanagement, transport, accommodation, merchandise, crew and backline.
Our sole purpose is to provide the best possible experience so you can focus on what’s most imortant: bringing music to your fans.
Minitours acquisition
After 24 years of hard work for the Mini-Tours company and its Vario vans, Roland Evert has decided that the time is right to explore other avenues and sell the company. As Roland did not want to hand over his company without certainty of continued operation of what was accumulated over the years, we at Concert & Touring Support entered into negotiations and have managed to come to an agreement.
From 1 April 2023 onwards, we will take over all Mini-Tours activities and transfer the location of the fleet to our branch at 343 Wervikstraat, Menen, Belgium.
However, since we do not want to let down our Scandinavian customers, neither now nor in the future, some of our vehicles will still be stationed in Hamburg. The contact for the Hamburg branch will be Jurgen Vandewalle from Concert & touring Support , but also Roland himself will continue to cooperate for a while to ensure a smooth takeover period .
For Concert & Touring Support this acquisition is a nice and logical addition to our current activities as a technical and logistical support company for touring bands and musicians. In addition, our new location in Menen also boasts a far bigger capacity to stock backline and for tour pre-production.
The current Mini-Tours website will remain online.

Minitours Übernahme
Nach 24 Jahren harter Arbeit für das Unternehmen Mini-Tours und seine Vario-Vans hat Roland Evert beschlossen, dass die Zeit reif ist, andere Wege zu gehen und das Unternehmen zu verkaufen. Da Roland sein Unternehmen nicht übergeben wollte, ohne die Sicherheit zu haben, dass das im Laufe der Jahre Angesammelte weitergeführt wird, haben wir von Concert & Touring Support Verhandlungen aufgenommen und eine Einigung erzielt.
Ab dem 1. April 2023 übernehmen wir alle Mini-Tours-Aktivitäten und verlegen wir den Standort der Fahrzeuge in unsere Niederlassung in der Wervikstraat 343 in Menen, Belgien.
Um auch in Zukunft für unsere skandinavischen Kunden da zu sein, wird ein Teil unserer Fahrzeuge nach weiterhin in Hamburg stationiert bleiben, und der Ansprechpartner für die Hamburger Niederlassung wird Jurgen Vandewalle von Concert & Touring Support sein . Auch Roland selbst wird noch eine Zeit lang mitarbeiten, um eine optimale Betriebsübernahme zu gewährleisten.
Für den Concert & Touring Support ist diese Übernahme eine sinnvolle Erweiterung unserer derzeitigen Aktivitäten als technische und logistische Supportfirma für tourende Bands und Musiker. Darüber hinaus bietet unser neuer Standort in Menen auch eine weitaus größere Kapazität für die Lagerung von Musikinstrumenten und Musikausrüstung (Backline) sowie für die Tourvorbereitung.

Minitours overname
Na 24 jaar hard werken voor het bedrijf Minitours en zijn Vario vans heeft Roland Evert besloten dat de tijd rijp is om andere wegen te verkennen en het bedrijf te verkopen. Omdat Roland zijn bedrijf niet wilde overdragen zonder zekerheid dat wat in de loop der jaren is opgebouwd verdergezet wordt, zijn wij van Concert & Touring Support in onderhandeling gegaan en tot een akkoord gekomen.
Vanaf 1 april 2023 nemen wij alle activiteiten van Mini-Tours over en verplaatsen wij de locatie van de vans naar onze vestiging in de Wervikstraat 343, Menen.
Aangezien wij onze Scandinavische klanten echter niet willen teleurstellen, noch nu noch in de toekomst, zullen sommige van onze voertuigen nog in Hamburg gestationeerd blijven. De contactpersoon voor de Hamburgse vestiging zal Jurgen Vandewalle van Concert & Touring Support zijn, maar ook Roland zelf zal nog enige tijd blijven meewerken om de overname soepel te laten verlopen.
Voor Concert & Touring Support is deze overname een mooie en logische aanvulling op onze huidige activiteiten als technische en logistieke ondersteuningsbedrijf voor tourende bands en muzikanten. Bovendien beschikt onze nieuwe locatie in Menen ook over een veel grotere capaciteit om backline te stockeren en voor tour pre-productie.
De huidige Mini-Tours website blijft online.

Acquisition de Minitours
Après 24 ans de travail acharné au sein de l’entreprise Mini-Tours avec les mini-bus Vario, Roland Elvert a décidé que le moment était venu de faire autre chose et de quitter l’entreprise. Comme Roland ne voulait pas céder son entreprise sans certitude quant à l’avenir de la structure mise en place, nous chez Concert & Touring Support avons entamé des négociations et sommes parvenus à un accord.
À partir du 1er avril 2023, nous reprendrons toutes les activités de Mini-Tours et l’emplacement des véhicules sera transféré de Hambourg à notre site de Menin, Wervikstraat 343.
Comme nous ne voulons pas abandonner les clients actuels et futurs de Scandinavie, par exemple, nous conserverons un site à Hambourg pour un certain nombre de mini-bus. Notre personne de contact à Hambourg sera Jurgen Vandewalle de Concert & Touring Support , mais Roland lui-même continuera également à collaborer pendant un certain temps pour assurer une période de reprise sans heurts .
Pour Concert & Touring Support, cette reprise est un complément idéal et logique à nos activités actuelles en tant que société de soutien technique et logistique pour les groupes et musiciens en tournée. En outre, sur notre nouveau site à Menin, nous disposons également d’une capacité beaucoup plus importante pour le stockage du backline et d’espace pour la pré-production de tournées.
